1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use G Welle. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information where required.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate others.
- Use the Service to harm yourself or others.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
4. AI-Generated Content
G Welle uses AI models to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy and empathy, AI responses:
- May not always be correct, complete, or suitable for your situation.
- Do not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice.
- Should not be relied upon for critical decisions.
You are responsible for how you act on any information provided by the Service.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Some features require a paid subscription (G Welle Plus, G Welle Care).
- Prices are displayed in the App and may change with notice.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (App Store, Google Play, or our payment partners).
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, software, and design elements in G Welle are owned by Gehirnwelle Labs or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of the content you create (messages, mood entries). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gehirnwelle Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or reliance on AI-generated content.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
